Private subscriptions are included on every plan: members can create revocable, read-only links for calendars they can access. Making a calendar public, including its public iCal feed, requires Pro or Enterprise.
How the Pro trial works
After you sign up, an owner or admin starts it from Settings, Billing. Pro limits apply at once for 14 days. Then the organization is back on Free by itself: nothing is charged and nothing is deleted, and public links you made keep working. One trial per organization and per owner.
How reminders work
Open an event and choose Email reminder: at the start, 5 to 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours, 1 or 2 days, or a week before. It is sent to the email address on your own account, in your browser's time zone. All-day events count back from 9:00 AM.
